In a time when our economy is described as being in crisis, entrepreneur and businessman, Ralph Hoehne has a proven track record of outstanding growth and success. A true inspiration to his peers and colleagues, Ralph has dedicated much of his personal time to teach practical tools to live blessed beyond measure in the area of finances.

Walking away from a scholarship to college, Canadian-born, Ralph Hoehne had a different plan, to make money. After just 3 years of entering the highly competitive real estate market, he was named one of the Top 50 Realtors in his home province of Manitoba , Canada , surpassing 1500 other real estate professionals. For 17 consecutive years, Ralph remained in the top 10% of real estate earners. While still in Canada , Ralph was acting CEO of a National Beverage Company. In less than 3 years he turned the business from an almost bankrupt financial state to being highly profitable. Now living in Florida with his family, they continue to live in financial abundance from a market considered to be in its worst era.

Wanting to share and teach prosperity for a purpose to businessman and women, Ralph wrote and published, “Anointed to Prosper, Keys to Breaking the Power of Debt”. As a result of his understandable approach in the basics of Biblical Economics and practical faith principles, Ralph has been invited to speak and lead at different seminars and courses. He has also invested time in serving as a Board Member for several non-for profit organizations.

Ralph has also been the host of “Mind Your Own Business” Talk Show. This show aired Primetime on WLSS 930AM. Here he dealt with real issues in business today and offers practical strategies that work for any business. Guests included high profile business CEO’s, celebrities and the ‘movers & shakers’ in the local area.

Yet, Ralph’s story does not end there. It was through this passion for people that God called him and his wife Joanne in the fall of 2007 to start a church called The Source.  They desire to create an environment that is safe and real for people to come to, where they won’t be judged or condemned, and a place where they can learn real tools for the issues in their lives.  Where people will always learn that God is The Source for every need in their life, and where they can be part of a community of people who care about them and will help equip them to reach their full potential in life.
